GUITAR
MAGIC INSTITUTE is a school for guitar players (fresh and advance)
interested in encouraging budding talent. It also helps in improving
the technique and understanding of the art of guitar playing. The
institute is well equipped with gadgets, guitars (electric &
acoustic), speakers and progressive equipment to have an ideal learning
environment.
The
courses will be available to students and general public.
ABOUT THE COURSE DIRECTOR
EDWIN
A. J. FERNANDES is a professional musician working in the music
industry for the last 12 years. He is a Singer, Guitarist, Keyboard
Player, Music Director and a Music Programmer.
As
a music director he has worked with artists of the calibre of Usha
Uthup and Anamika. He has also worked on the albums of some of the
artists like Hema Sardesai, Shubha Mudgal, Shweta Shetty, Hans Raj
Hans and Daler Mehndi to name a few.
The
new album titled The Joy Of Xmas released on the label of Archies
Music was arranged and also sung by him.
In
recent years he has conducted guitar workshops at various places
…like BITS PILANI, MOOD – I (Mumbai), hosted by Rock Street
Journal .

CRASH
COURSE: There is no deadline or specific time here, you work
as your schedule allows. You can finish your 12 classes at your
own convenience. The advantage of this course is – You can
choose what you want to learn.
COURSE DESCRIPTIONS
Each course is a 3 months course of once a week.
When you enrol in a course, you study at your own pace as long as
you fit into a time frame of 3months.
To
enhance Creativity, Interaction & Jamming Abilities the class
size will be limited to 2 – 4 students for close personal attention.
During
your class you will practice with CD play along tracks (which will
be yours to take) so that you can get experience and motivation
from playing with a rhythm section, which is important to developing
good time (feel).
Once
during the course INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED students will get
to jam with Professional Musicians.
Personal
Projection: Tone setting, gear settings, Stage Projection.
